Thursday, 20 October 2011 at 5.00pm
Description:
SMEs are the biggest employer in France. They represent 78% of employment in the commercial sector as well as contributing to the real economy.
93% of companies in the Midi-Pyrénées are VSEs or SMEs employing a maximum of 50 staff members; 82% of companies in the Midi-Pyrénées have less than 20 employees.
VSEs are the biggest employer in our region...
A wealth of know-how, SMEs promote values, initiative, responsibility, flexibility, solidarity, risk-taking and customer relationship skills.
... and are often the birthplace of innovation!

What are the benefits of working for an SME?
What are their specificities, recruitment processes and what kind of opportunities can they offer?
What assignments could you be asked to carry out during your internship?
What key skills do employers expect young graduates to have?
Come and ask all your questions at the CGPME 31 conference.
