Erasmus Preparatory Visits

The French Agency for Education and Training in Europe (Agence Europe-Education-Formation-France) provides support for setting up Erasmus Actions (Intensive Programme Projects, creating agreements), contributing to funding missions to make contact with potential partners.

Erasmus Mobility for teaching staff  (STA) 2010-2011

You are a member of teaching staff and wish to teach in an Erasmus partner university in Europe. Why not apply for an Erasmus grant?

All criteria for eligibility and the application process are explained in the instruction summary, here.
Make sure you complete the Register Interest form and send it back to the Europe Desk.



Erasmus Mundus Actions

The call for proposals for all Actions within the Erasmus Mundus programme (Masters/Doctorates and Partnerships) has been published.

The deadline for submitting applications is 29 April 2011.



Lifelong Learning Programme

The call for applications to the Lifelong Learning Programme (LLP) has been published. Download it here.

EU-Canada bilateral cooperation

The European Commission has published the 2011 call for proposals for the EU-Canada Programme for Cooperation in Higher Education, Training and Youth.

The deadline for submitting applications is 31 March 2011.

EU-USA bilateral cooperation: ATLANTIS

The European Commission has published the 2011 call for proposals for the EU-USA Programme for Cooperation in Higher Education, Training and Youth.
The deadline for submitting applications is 7 April 2011.

Call for proposals for a Franco-Norwegian Master

 

The French Ministry of Higher Education and Research has just published a first call for proposals for the creation of a Franco-Norwegian Master.
Projects receiving finance will obtain a minimum grant of at least €5000 per establishment to fund exchanges for students and teacher researchers, as well as the costs associated with running the network and promoting the Master.
To be eligible the Master must lead to a recognised double or joint qualification.
The deadline for submitting applications is 22 April 2011.

Eole grants for exchanges to Holland

The French Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MESR) has published the Eole call for proposals.
These exchange grants are available to Master, Doctorate and Post-doctorate students who spend part of 2011-2012 in the Netherlands as part of their studies or research.
The grants are for amounts between €500 and €1000.
The deadline for submitting applications is 15 May 2011.

INTERREG IV A POCTEFA Programme - Spain-France-Andorra

This cross-border programme was set up with support from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and aims to pursue and strengthen economic and social integration in the cross-border region through cooperation.
Core priorities: 1. Economic activity, innovation, human capital - 2. Natural and Cultural Heritage, sustainable development - 3. Quality of life, regional infrastructure, sustainable development.
The level of ERDF co-funding is limited to 65% of eligible spending.

INTERREG IV B SUDOE Programme - France-Spain-Portugal

This South-West Europe transnational programme was set up with support from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and aims to contribute to strengthening economic and social cohesion in south-western regions of Europe through cooperation in fields of innovation, economic and territorial development.
Core priorities: 1. Innovation, creation of networks for technological cooperation - 2. Sustainable solutions to protect and respect the environment - 3. Harmonious integration of the SUDOE zone, accessibility to information networks - 4. Sustainable urban development.

The level of ERDF co-funding is limited to 75% of eligible spending.

INTERREG IV C trans-regional programme

 

This trans-regional programme was set up with support from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and aims to improve the efficiency of regional development policy in the fields of innovation, knowledge economy, environment and risk prevention, as well as contributing to modernising the economy and improving competitiveness in Europe.
Core priorities: 1. Innovation and knowledge economy, technological research and development, SMEs and entrepreneurship, information and communication technologies, employment, human capital and education, - 2. Environment and risk prevention, water and coast management, biodiversity and natural heritage, energy efficiency and sustainable development, public transport lanes, cultural heritage.

The level of ERDF co-funding is limited to 75% of eligible spending.
